In this episode, Stephen and Jennie Jones join us to start their third 3-part series with us as they talk about their transition from life and ministry in the United States to their new position with Envision Berlin in Berlin, Germany.
Today we are once again viewing their rapidly changing life-situation through the lens of Stephen’s book, Transitions Across Cultures and his Cross Cultural Transition Handbook.
The theme of this new series is “What is Culture?” In today’s episode, we will start laying a foundation by defining culture. We will also give some visual images of culture that might be helpful in understanding the term, as well as talking about particular situations where culture can impact how we understand daily activities and interactions.
