Episode 009 - What is Culture? - part 2 of 3

In this episode, Stephen and Jennie Jones continue their third 3-part series with us as they talk about their transition from life and ministry in the United States to their new position with Envision Berlin in Berlin, Germany.

Today we are once again viewing their rapidly changing life-situation through the lens of Stephen’s book, Transitions Across Cultures and his Cross Cultural Transition Handbook.

The theme of this new series is “What is Culture?” In today’s episode, we continue the conversation we started last week about culture and dig into “Tacit Knowledge,” an important part of understanding culture.

Since we recorded this episode, Stephen and Jennie have arrived in Berlin with their family and will be settling into their new life and role in the coming weeks.
